Is yoga mat provided?

Our center provides faux leather padded mat. Feel free to bring your own mat if needed.

Is shower facility available?

Participant can shower or freshen up at the center prior to class, especially if you are coming right after work.

Is this a free program? Why does it says donation on the check out?

The fees is RM 300 for new registration and RM 150 for repeater. Early bird discount 10 % available till 26th March. Excluding taxes. Please register via external link provided. (Kindly disregard the donation at check out)

Yes. This program is easy, natural and gentle even for elderly learner.

Is this class suitable if I have learnt and practice yoga before?

Yes. This program is designed to harmonize mind, body, and spirit. It offers a holistic approach combining traditional asanas (postures), breathing technique (pranayama), meditation and yogic wisdom, aiming to reduce stress, improve flexibility, and increse mindfulness.
