Sessions can be held in person at Wooden House Bangkok or online via Zoom/Google Meet, depending on your preference.

We use behavioral therapy with ADHD-specific coaching techniques, executive function support, and cognitive reframing. Sessions are practical, supportive, and tailored to how your brain works—not how it “should” work.

Can I do this course online?

Yes. If in-person therapy is not convenient, all sessions can be conducted online via Zoom or Google Meet. Please confirm your preferred format after booking.

Do I need a diagnosis to join?

No formal diagnosis is required. If you feel that ADHD symptoms are affecting your daily life, you are welcome to join.

Do you use medication in this therapy?

No. This is a non-medication, behavioral-based program. It focuses on building routines, improving focus, and learning practical skills for productivity and emotional balance.

Will this help with work or school problems?

Yes. Many clients come to therapy because ADHD impacts their performance at work or in studies. This course helps build focus, structure, and task completion.

What if I miss a session?

You can reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice. We understand that managing time can be part of the ADHD challenge — flexibility is built in.

Can I do the sessions faster or slower than weekly?

Yes. The pace is up to you. Some clients prefer to meet twice a week to build momentum, while others need more time between sessions.

What if I’ve tried planners, apps, or productivity hacks and failed?

That’s okay. Many ADHD adults have tried dozens of systems that didn’t stick. This course focuses on building realistic routines and mindset shifts—not forcing you into rigid systems.
