Between Ice & Inferno Pilates begins with a Inferno Pilates session — a low-impact, low-intensity workout designed to build deep core strength, improve posture, and activate your entire body through controlled Pilates-based movements. Unlike our usual hot room setup, this version will be held in a non-heated space, making it suitable for all levels while still delivering all the burn and benefits.
After activating your muscles and raising your internal heat, you'll shift into stillness with an ice bath immersion. Cold exposure offers incredible recovery and wellness benefits: reducing inflammation, boosting circulation, strengthening your immune response, and enhancing mental clarity. It’s also a powerful way to develop resilience, calm your nervous system, and practice surrender.
