Do I need to bring anything specific?

Please bring your running shoes and comfortable activewear for the run. For the pool and ice bath, pack your swimwear and a towel. Swim caps and goggles are optional.

Is the pool and ice bath open to all participants?

Yes! All ticket holders can enjoy the pool and ice bath after the run during the afterparty. Lifeguards and event staff will be on-site for safety.

Can I join only the run or only the afterparty?

This event is designed as a full experience — the ticket covers the run, pool access, ice bath, and afterparty. Separate access is not available.

What if I’m a beginner runner or not confident with swimming?

No worries! The 3km route is beginner-friendly, and the swim/ice bath areas are supervised. Participation is all about fun, so come at your own pace.

Will there be facilities to change or store belongings?

Yes, changing rooms and secure storage will be available at Dashi Skypool for your convenience.

Is food and drink included?

Food and drinks can be purchased at the venue.
