• To avoid long waiting periods, please arrive at least 30 minutes before the event time.

• Changing of tables is strictly not allowed once your booking has been confirmed.
• All guests for the table must be present before being seated at the event premises.
• In the event of a no-show, the table will be released to the public at 8:45pm without any refunds.
• Alcohol bundles are subjected to a 9% GST and10% service charge payable at Wheeler's Estate on the day of event.
