Can I purchase a few tickets on behalf of my friends?

It will be one person one ticket only because we need to verify if it's our own studio members, BFT Upper Thomson or BFT Geylang Bahru or BFT Paya Lebar getting the ticket.

What if I purchase the wrong ticket by accident?

Unfortunately, there is strictly no refunds, no cancellations, no transfers and no entry for non-members at the priority sale time between 5pm to 6pm on 4 May Sunday.

What if I am unable to attend on that day of event?

Strictly no refund as our limited tickets are highly valued.
