1. What time is the ferry for the Day-Trip Ferry Discount?

Accepted Answer

The Day Trip Discounted Ferry is scheduled at 8.10am Singapore Time. You will need to check in at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal not later than 1.5hrs from the departure time to check in your bike and get your boarding pass. Take note, you will reach Bintan Island at 8.10am (Indonesia time).

2. What time is the event starting and where?

Accepted Answer

The Trifactor Bike & CycleRun will start directly from the Bandar Bentan Telani (BBT) Ferry Terminal. Starting time will be from 8.30am (Indonesia time) onwards. All participants are requested to pack light it they are coming on the Day-Trip option. End point will be at Plaza Lagoi,8km away from BBT

3. How do I prepare my Transition Area for the CycleRun category?

Accepted Answer

All CycleRun participants travelling on the day-trip itinerary must prepare their transtion bag with their run items before the race and pass it on to an official on the Ferry to Bintan from Singapore. Officials will place your transition bag at your allocated Transition area at the event site.

Question 4

4. If I intend to stay over-night for this event, do I need to check in my bicycle before the event?

Accepted Answer

There is no need to check in your bicycle before the event for the Bike & Cycle Run. You can set up your transition area with your running gear in the morning before heading to the startline at BBT.

5. Will there be prizes or awards for these events?

Accepted Answer

Yes there are! Each age group category will have their own awards for the top 3 Male or Female Finishers.

6. I am unable to make it for the race. Can I request for a refund?

Accepted Answer

Registrations are final and non-refundable.

However we do understand that unforeseen circumstances do happen – do write in to us at enquiry@trifactor.asia for us to explore potential alternatives.
