Blindly Dancing

Blindly Dancing

Overview

Close your eyes, turn up your trust. Blind dance is a playful, welcoming bachata session where partners are guided only by touch and rhythm.

All are enthusiastically welcomed to engage and uncover fresh approaches to building connections through dance, while considering the value of non-visual forms of communication. Led by Elena Traviani, blind world champion of Caribbean dances and originator of Blindly Dancing; Graziano Zaniboni, a seasoned Caribbean dance professional; and Roberto Lachin, Paralympic judo athlete and inclusion advocate, the bachata workshop brings together expertise. The Embassy of Italy in Singapore, alongside SBS Transit and German European School Singapore (GESS), presents this event.
