WHAT?

Attend this 2-session workshop to be more aware of the effects of media influence and to improve the relationship with one's appearance. Through group-based interventions, it encourages participants to confront unhelpful body-related thoughts, improve self-acceptance, and develop healthier relationships with their bodies.

Trainers' Bio:

Ms May Chng and Ms Hsueh Ya Wen are educators who are Body Project workshop facilitators trained by KK Hospital trainers. They are both certified mindfulness trainers and are now Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy Course teacher in training by Oxford Mindfulness Foundation.

May Chng also holds a Diploma in Counselling Psychology.
