A high octane workout guaranteed to have you sweating and burning 100's of calories.
The session is split into three segments:
1) warm up drills - dynamic HIIT stretches
2) work out drills - pad & partner Boxing HIIT combinations, with HIIT calisthenics circuits.
3) cool down drills - static HIIT stretching
*High Intensity Interval Training
^all sessions are non-contact
What can I bring into the event?
Water and a Towel, if you have gloves and handwraps also bring those. If you don't have, is ok we have ones for you to use.
