Bread Baking Course

Our bread baking course is designed to take you on a journey into the wonderful world of artisan bread making. From understanding the science behind bread to mastering different techniques, this hands-on course will empower you to create a wide variety of delicious breads from scratch.

Baking Process

The course starts with an exploration of bread ingredients, including flour, yeast, and other essential components. You'll learn about the various types of bread and their unique characteristics. We'll dive into the art of dough preparation, teaching you how to mix, knead, and shape dough to achieve the perfect texture and structure.

Fermentation Process

Throughout the course, you'll gain in-depth knowledge of the fermentation process and how it impacts the flavor and texture of bread. We'll cover different types of leavening agents, including sourdough, and guide you in creating and maintaining your own starter culture.

Hands-On Expereience
