Module 2: Indoor Air Quality
– Discover common pollutants and their health impacts– Explore ventilation, purification, and humidity control strategies– Evaluate the effectiveness of plants and low-VOC materials– Case Study: “Sick Building Syndrome” – lessons from real-world scenarios
Module 3: Integrating Ergonomics & IAQ
– Understand how air quality affects fatigue and posture– Learn ergonomic tips for better breathing and lung capacity– Use a workspace audit checklist to identify improvement areas– Q&A Session – personalised guidance and discussion
