Personal travel insurance is not included. Please ensure you have purchase your own personal travel insurance before traveling.

Which Ferry Terminal will we be taking the ferry from?

We will be departing from Singapore, Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal and arrive at Nongsapura Ferry Terminal in Batam.

Can i request for my preferred Ferry Terminal?

Yes you can. You can either make the booking yourself, or we can handle it for you, charging a 25% administrative fee based on the ticket price.
