Where will the event be held?

This event will be held online, on Google Meet. The actual event link will be sent to you 48 hours before the event.

Do I need prior experience with breathwork or meditation?

Accepted Answer

No, this session is beginner-friendly. You'll be guided step-by-step through gentle breathwork practices and reflection prompts. Just bring an open mind and a quiet space.

Is this therapy or coaching?

Accepted Answer

This is not therapy or coaching. It’s a lightly facilitated space for self-exploration through breath and contemplation. You are in full control of how deep you go and what you choose to reflect on.

Will there be group sharing or breakout rooms?

Accepted Answer

No pressure to share! We may have optional space at the end for reflection, but there are no breakout rooms or forced participation. You’re welcome to keep your camera off if that helps you feel more comfortable.

What if I can’t attend live?

Accepted Answer

The live experience is ideal because it allows for real-time presence and reflection. We may offer a recording depending on the format — let us know if you're interested but can’t attend live.
