Before the holiday calendar goes completely off the rails, we're kicking things off our way. We're hosting a proper mashup of two undeniably restless forces: the culinary-design mavericks EatMyCB and the raw, electric energy of Grower Champagne.
Think: an afternoon of raw, explosive flavour, real grower bubbles, and zero pretence. It’s your chance to stock the cellar with serious bubbles before the holiday rush... and have a damn good time doing it.

We're bringing the "Bubbles": A full-scale Grower Champagne showcase. These aren't just bubbles; they aren’t even just champagnes. They're lightning in a bottle, made by the artisanal growers who live and breathe their craft. This isn’t the generic, big-house stuff. This is champagne with tension, character, and zero apologies – the only bubbles you'll want to be drinking (and gifting) for the next two months.

For this collaboration, they're launching a sampler platter of their three best-selling curries – inspired by a classic childhood snack and reimagined for a bubbly afternoon.

WHAT YOU'LL TASTE
A dozen champagnes that rip up the rulebook.
This isn't a tasting of the usual suspects. This is a deep dive into the raw, electric energy of the Grower movement. Blanc de Blancs that crackle with pure, chalky energy. A Rosé that brings structure and spice. Single-vintage statements and bone-dry Brut Natures that show what "tension" truly means.
This tasting is a journey through the real, unfiltered soul of Champagne: from the power of the Montagne de Reims and Côte des Blancs, through the expressive Vallée de la Marne, to the rebellious, clay-driven terroirs of the Côte de Sézanne and the Aube.
Each glass is a statement. Each producer captures a moment of pure conviction.

The Venue
EatSnake, a unique creative testbed and event space, is a project by the award-winning interior design firm, Laank.
Located in a heritage shophouse in the historic district of Little India, the venue serves as a versatile space for experimenting and executing new ideas. It’s played host to everything from private dinners and art exhibitions to flea markets and community-driven events – all in a setting designed to foster creativity and connection.

- Full payment through Eventbrite is required to secure the reservation. Payment must be made in advance and cannot be accepted at the venue.
- Please note that food service will be available from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM only. Guests arriving outside of this timeframe may not be accommodated, and service cannot be guaranteed beyond the stated hours.
- Artisan Cellars reserves the right to make changes to the wine line-up in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
