Meet our Speakers
- Terri - Personal Trainer & Women’s Wellness Coach. With over 16 years specialising in behavioural change, Terri brings a unique blend of psychology, wellness insight, and fitness expertise to her coaching. She helps busy professionals, especially women aged 30+, build lasting, healthy habits, guiding clients not just toward stronger bodies, but improved mindset, balance and long-term wellbeing.
- Alice - Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach. With qualifications in women's health and performance and 8 years of experience, Alice guides women of all backgrounds with a relatable and empathetic approach. Her goal is to empower women to be well-nourished and their best selves through no-nonsense education and coaching, helping them feel confident and capable at any stage of their fitness journey.
Together, they bring decades of practical experience working with women navigating busy schedules, life transitions, injury history and fluctuating motivation.
