Building a Skin Support Community: Sharing My Journey with Eczema & TSW

Living with eczema or going through topical steroid withdrawal (TSW) can feel isolating — but you are not alone.

In this intimate sharing session, I’ll open up about my personal journey: what I went through, what helped (and didn’t), and how I adapted my life while navigating skin challenges. With my background in physiotherapy and wellness coaching, I’ll also share insights on uncovering root causes rather than just masking symptoms.

This event is about more than just my story — it’s about building a supportive skin community where we can lean on each other, exchange experiences, and find encouragement on our healing journeys.
