Mr. Derrick Ong is the Principal Dietitian and Founder of Eat Right Nutrition Consultancy.
Derrick is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) with the Dietitian Association of Australia, an Accredited Dietitian of Singapore (ADS), Former Committee Member of the Singapore Nutrition and Dietetics Association (SNDA) and current Chairman of the Sports Nutrition Special Interest Group of the SNDA.
He is also a past Committee Member of the Sports Medicine Association of Singapore (SMAS).
Derrick is a fervent advocate that empowering oneself with good nutrition knowledge & preventative health education will effectively support transitions in our life stations for example: Pregnancy & Breastfeeding, Pandemic Weight Gain, Anti-Aging and Onset of chronic conditions such as Diabetes, Irritable Bowel Syndrome & Obesity.
His clinical interests include eating and personality disorders, suicidality, body dysmorphia, psychosexual health and psychological issues of under-served and minoritised communities.
He is also a firm believer that healthy food should also be delicious and culturally localized food.
Emile Dumont is the founder of The Posture Lab with a Bachelor in Exercise and Sports Science from Edith Cowan University, Australia. He has 8 years of experience working with athletes, dancers, sedentary and persons with disabilities. He is also a dance advisor at Sheng Hong Arts Institute, advisor to the Goalball Society Singapore.
Sudev is a clinical psychologist with prior experience in forensic, community, and humanitarian mental health settings. In his current role in Changi General Hospital, he provides psychological assessment and therapy to adolescents and adults with a wide range of psychiatric conditions. He is also part of the hospital’s bariatric surgery, weight management, psycho-dermatology, and gender dysphoria multi-disciplinary care teams. His clinical interests include eating and personality disorders, suicidality, body dysmorphia, psychosexual health, and psychological issues of under-served and minoritised communities.
