For over 50 years, the Toa Payoh Guitar Club (TPGC) has brought people together through the joy of music.

Join Singapore’s oldest community guitar ensemble in a heartfelt evening that celebrates friendship, creativity, and harmony.

Through the expressive sounds of the Niibori guitar orchestra, TPGC presents Building Community Through Music — an uplifting journey where every note reflects connection and shared passion.

🎶 A celebration of musical colours

From “A Cruel Angel’s Thesis” and “Beauty and the Beast” to “月亮代表我的心 (The Moon Represents My Heart)”, experience the lush orchestral sound of the Niibori guitar ensemble.

🎸 From ensemble to intimate moments

Delight in lyrical flute and guitar trios, expressive fingerstyle solos, and small ensemble interpretations of beloved tunes like “Thank You for the Music” and “Streets of London.”

Special guest Jon Loh brings his unique artistry in a stunning fingerstyle performance.

🎤 When strings meet song

Strum-and-sing moments bring warmth and energy through familiar favourites such as “One Night in Beijing” and “A Million Dreams.”

Joined by collaborators from Re:String Guitar Ensemble, TPGC continues its mission of sharing the joy of guitar music across generations.

Founded in 1974, the Toa Payoh Guitar Club (TPGC) is Singapore’s oldest and longest-established community guitar ensemble.

Comprising members from all walks of life — from working professionals to retirees — TPGC is dedicated to promoting classical and ensemble guitar music through performances, collaborations, and outreach.

The club’s distinctive Niibori guitar orchestra recreates the depth and richness of a full orchestra, showcasing how music can connect hearts and build community.

● Late arrivals may only be admitted into the licensed area during intervals

● No admission for infants in arms or children

● No photography, videography or audio recording is permitted

● Food and beverages are not allowed into the venue

● Flowers are not permitted into the venue

● The promoter/venue management reserve the right to refuse admission or remove anypersons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming without refund
