About this Event
Speaker: Dr Darryl Tan, Psychiatry Dept, Ng Teng Fong General Hospital
It's been over a year since the outbreak of COVID-19. Though we have all moved into a new normal of mask-wearing, social distancing and travel restrictions, their effect on our personal, family and work life continued to impact our mental well-being.
At this webinar, Dr Darryl Tan will share what strategies we can employ to mitigate these stressors. There will be a live Q&A after the talk.
Dr Darryl Tan has been with JurongHealth Campus since 2014. He practises as a Senior Resident Physician in Ng Teng Fong General Hospital and is part of a multi-disciplinary team under the Assessment & Shared Care Team (ASCAT) programme.
Dr Tan obtained his medical degree from the National University of Singapore and his membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists in 2016. He is also certified in cognitive behavioural therapy.
Dr Tan has worked in the Institute of Mental Health and Singapore General Hospital previously, in areas such as general psychiatry, community psychiatry and consultant liaison psychiatry.
You will receive an email upon registration with instructions to access the webinar
