正念认知疗法(MBCT, Mindfulness Based-Cognitive Therapy) 是90年代起,由三位心理学家牛津大学Mark Williams, 多伦多大学Zindel Segal 和剑桥大学John Teasdale在正念减压课程(MBSR)的基础上,结合认知行为疗法(CBT)对情绪困扰机制的理解,开发的团体课程。

大量实证研究和临床实践表明,MBCT对处于康复期的抑郁症患者有很好的预防复发效果;对失眠、焦虑、慢性疲劳、癌症康复和社交恐惧等诸多身心问题方面也有显著效用。

生活中的正念(MBCT for Life)是牛津大学正念中心开发的新教案,是在正念认知疗法(MBCT)的框架之上,发展出来的团体课程,旨在服务于更广泛的一般人群。这个课程和生活的融合更加密切,它指导参与者将正念应用于日常生活中,应对困难,处理痛苦,同时培育培育坚韧、平和、自在、幸福的品质。

生活中的正念(MBCT for Life)既解决困扰,也支持人们体验感恩,感受与他人的联结,认识到生活的意义,以及与他们的价值观相符的生活方式。透过这个学习过程,我们将培育一份持久的转化和一种不同的生活方式,以支持我们有效应对挑战,品味和滋养生活,发展内在潜能,实现潜力与发展。

课程收获

课程内容

- 本课程注重正念的实践练习, 将教授生活中的正念(MBCT for Life)课程中的所有正式练习和多种非正式练习,

-正念静坐练习的指导(选择坐在椅子/垫子/瑜伽垫上)

-团体支持: 参与的小组讨论,了解我们的思维模式和习惯

- 每日回家作业

- 可下载的日常练习音频

- 每节课后将给予讲义

Course fee:

$550 | $110 for seniors eligible for National Silver Academy (NSA) subsidy*

*NSA subsidy is for Singaporeans and Permanent Residents aged 50 and above.

In addition to the NSA subsidy, course fee may be offset by SkillsFuture Credit (SFC).

Payment Procedure:

1) Upon registration, course participants are to make payment for the course through Brahm Centre’s Eventbrite page.

2) Participants have to claim with SFC before the course start date through the SkillsFuture portal, https://www.myskillsfuture.gov.sg/content/portal/en/index.html

3) Brahm Centre will reimburse the amount that is successfully claimed upon receipt of the funds from SFC. This procedure can take up to 8 weeks from the course start date.

Notes:

· Please take note that payments for courses are non-refundable.

· Do ensure that you are able to attend the first session of the course before registering for the course as you will not be allowed to continue with the course should you miss the first session.

· Request for transfers or make up-classes for selected mindfulness courses are subjected to availability and fees of $30 for the transfer of the whole course and $10 for every request to make-up classes are applicable.

Trainer Profile:

Lily Gan is a senior Mindfulness Trainer in Brahm Centre since 2018. She has been a mindfulness practitioner from 2015 and has been teaching the Mindfulness Foundation Course in both English and Chinese languages. In Mar 2022, she completed her 1 year teacher training on Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT-L) at the Oxford Mindfulness Centre, UK.

Lily is also a senior counsellor at Brahm Centre, having graduated with a Masters of Social Science (Counselling & Psychotherapy) from Edith Cowen University, Australia in 2011. She applies mindfulness as an essential modality in her counselling sessions. She has many years of experience counselling clients, especially those experiencing anxiety and depression symptoms.

颜莉莉老师从2015 年开始修习正念, 自2018 年起担任百仁中心正念导师, 教导正念基础课程。2022 年 3 月,她结业于英国牛津正念中心为期 1 年的正念认知疗法 (MBCT-L) 教师培训。颜老師谙熟双语, 能以英语和华语教授正念课程。她教导的正念课程已成功的培训了多名学员开始了他们的正念之旅。

颜老師也是百仁中心的资深心理辅导师,她于 2011 年毕业于澳大利亚伊迪斯科文大学 (辅导与心理治疗) 硕士学位。她在拥有丰富的咨询经验,以正念为根基来辅导个案,特别是有焦虑和抑郁症状的来访者。

Brahm Centre is a leading course provider of a wide range of science-based mindfulness programs to reduce stress and enhance well-being in today's fast paced world.
