[CalmCon IRL] Well-being for Your Whole Being - Experiential Workshop

Calm Collective is proud to present our experiential workshop in-person at Temasek Shophouse.

Mental well-being is more than just the mind; it's also about the body and more. In this experiential workshop, you will:

• Understand how the mind and body are connected in supporting mental well-being
• Experience how mindful movements (yoga) and meditation can help to bring about greater awareness to one's mind & body, and calm the mind
• Connect with fellow participants through facilitated discussions, and learn how to incorporate these practical strategies to daily living

Programme Schedule

• Fireside chat with Calm Collective's founders as they share how mindful movement like yoga and meditation has helped them through their mental health recovery and grief
• Mindful movement (introductory yoga and meditation)
• Calm Circles Lite: Conversations on mind-body connection

Kindly note that yoga mats will be made available, but please wear clothes that are easy to move in.
