About this event
An outdoor Yin and Yang Yoga session to deeply stretch and relax!
The group class will happen in the beautiful East Coast Park, with some magical candlelight and waves sound!
Adults only. Bring your own mats. Limited slots!
Class taught by Sophie Spoor, from So Yoga.
