What began as a journey through yoga and mindfulness has grown into something more fluid — an intuitive blend of movement, stillness, energy, and soul.Along the way, I’ve immersed myself in practices like Yin Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Sound and Reiki Healing — and I continue to evolve. Each offering is an invitation to pause, soften, and reconnect. Whether through breath, silence, sound, or rest, the intention is always the same: to feel grounded, spacious, and gently empowered from within.Outside the studio, you’ll often find me on a hiking trail — moving with the rhythm of nature, breathing in stillness, reconnecting with the earth. Among all the places I’ve wandered, Bhutan holds a special place in my heart. Candlelight Yin Flow is a deep, meditative and profound practice. With longer, more passive holds, the yin style involves surrendering into poses and exploring them for longer periods to let go of tensions stored in the body and to calm the nervous system. This practice helps to target deeper connective tissues especially around the hips, pelvis and lower spine.Candlelight Yin Yoga is a peaceful way to end your day and get ready for a fresh new week. Using candlelight and sound therapy, this class will help you balance emotions, open the deep connective tissues and quiet your mind.Benefits of Yin Yoga Practice:<ul><li>Strengthening the connective tissues in the joints</li><li>Increase mobility and flexibility in the joint mobility</li><li>Increase blood flow &amp; deeper breathing in the heart &amp; lungs</li><li>A deep meditative quality that quiet down the overactive mind</li></ul>This practice will utterly transport you as you lay in rest enveloped in the healing vibrations of Singing Bowls. Expect to leave feeling centered, dialed in and ethereal — and don’t be surprised if you get the best night’s sleep of your life!The session is set to hold in a small group to allow each participant to have a quality of practice that benefits their well-being.Wear comfortable clothes to stretch and lay down. Yoga Mat and blocks are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own or towel to lay over.
