Weather & Location Changes

In case of rain or poor weather forecast, the event may be relocated to a sheltered venue in Bishan or River Valley. Final venue confirmation will be shared via the WhatsApp group. This decision may be made at the last minute and will prioritize the group’s comfort and experience.

While most sessions are held at the Singapore Botanic Gardens, classes may occasionally take place at other locations (like Bishan) due to weather or logistical reasons. DM me directly for information and updates.

Equipment – What to Bring

Please bring your own yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks and a strap (if you have them) and a water bottle to stay hydrated.

If you're feeling unwell, please refrain from attending out of care for the group.

Candlelight Sessions are calm, shared spaces. Kindly switch off phones and remain present throughout.

All participants are expected to treat the teacher, space, and each other with kindness and respect.

Teacher Discretion

Final decisions about venue changes, class format, or refunds in case of cancellation rest with the teacher, who will always act in the best interest of the group and the integrity of the experience.

Cancellation & No-Shows

Accepted Answer

No-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the session are non-refundable.

Your booking covers not just the class, but the organising prep, transportation of equipment, teachers' fees, venue rental (where applicable), and flexibility required to handle last-minute changes.

What is the minimum number of students for the class to run?

A minimum of 3 students is required for the class to take place.
To ensure the class runs smoothly, attendance and payment must be confirmed at least 3 hours before class starts.
