The indemnity form is mandatory only for student category participants. A link to download the form will be sent prior to the event. Please complete the form, sign it, and bring it with you on the event day. No entry will be allowed without the signed form.

What should I bring to the event?

Your signed indemnity form (for student category participants) and your camera and any photography equipment you plan to use (except mobile phone cameras). Please also put a set of comfortable clothing and shoes as the event involves moving around the venue.

There will be three themes that participants will need to capture during the event. The themes will be revealed on the day itself, so be ready for a creative challenge!

Can I participate if I don’t have a Canon camera?

Yes, participants can use any camera of their choice, except mobile phone cameras.
