How can I attend the Countdown event?

Tickets can be purchased in advance or at the entrance on the day of the event (subject to availability).

Can I bring guests?

Each ticket admits one person only. Guests will receive a wrist tag at the entrance, which must be worn for entry.

Are early bird tickets available?

Yes, early bird tickets are limited and available until 7 Dec 2025.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Wrist tags are issued at the entrance according to the number of tickets purchased. Only individuals wearing a valid wrist tag will be allowed entry. Tag exchanges among guests are strictly prohibited.

All tickets are strictly non-refundable.

Do I need to print my ticket, or is a digital copy sufficient?

Digital Copy of the ticket will be sent to your email upon payment confirmation. It will be sufficient to grant entry on the day of the event.

The event will take place at Capitol Singapore Outdoor Plaza, Level 1 (City Hall MRT Exit D)

Can i bring my children to the event?

As there is loud music being played and alcoholic beverages being served, we do not recommend bringing children to the event.

Can I leave and re-enter the event?

Yes, re-entry is allowed as long as your wrist tag remains attached.

Can I bring my pet to the event?

No. Pets are strictly not allowed within the premise of the event.

Will food and drinks be provided?

Free flow popcorn and nachos available. Bar bites and alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase on-site.

Are outside food and drinks allowed?

Only outside food and drinks from Arcade @ The Capitol Kempinski hotel restaurants are permitted. A variety of food and drink options will be available at the venue.

What happens if I lose something during the event?

Our team will assist you to the best of our ability , but we will not take responsibility for lost items. Please keep your belongings secure.
