How is the charges calculated ?

Accepted Answer

A typical affordable counselling used to cost $80, some 10 years ago. With some affordable coaching at $130, (back then). Some anecdotal example.

What's the reason for your company or event ?

Accepted Answer

Typical or high end coaching, typically cost $100 to 300 or much more.  Free coaching, I don't know, but the quality might not be as good sometimes. So we tread somewhere in the middle at $50 per session.

What does your career coaching do?

Accepted Answer

We focus on helping people find a more clear and hopefully decisive career direction and objective. This will give the career search much much more power.

What's your credential or something?

Accepted Answer

Erm. I'm not ICF certified, but that lowers the cost. I took half of a one year course on career counselling. I took it as a visitor, as I'm only there to learn the relevant new knowledge etc.

What's your credential part 2.. ?

I have a fair share of difficulties in early life, and been practising partner of quite a number of counsellors and coaches. So, I picked up some pointer about being a coach as well.

What's your credential part 3.. ?

About my street cred. .. I've worked as a cleaning staff at MOS burger before, I've worked at data entry before, and also at hamper packing before. Those are the main ones. Of course, I've been a research engineer before, and mainly as a tuition teacher for the most part of time.

How many test do we need to do?

Most job seekers, would have done a couple of those common profiling, so we mainly need to run only 2 other profiling.

How does this compare with other tools?

Accepted Answer

These are more rational, science-based tools. And, we use a compilation of many tools, and not just one tool. It's backed by years of experience using the various tools, so I can advice on common pitfall, and pros and cons between different provider etc.
