About this event
Description
This catch-and-cook experience is perfect for newcomers to angling or those just getting started with fishing. It offers the chance to try fishing in the open sea and savour the flavours of your own catch. Fishing will be out at sea around the southern islands of Singapore. All fishing equipment is provided!
Trip Includes:
- Fishing on board yacht
- Guidance from our fishing instructors
- Mineral water on board
- Bait (live and dead prawns)
- Ice for storage of catch
- Rental of fishing equipment and usage of accessories
- Cleaning of fish caught for BBQ at Lazarus Island
(BBQ fish will be shared among all anglers onboard)
Number of Anglers:
Maximum number of anglers is 8.
Minimum 6 anglers to go.
Don't Forget to Bring:
- Sunblock
- Sunglasses
- Plastic bags to take back your catch (if excess)
- Seasick pills
- Raincoat (umbrella is not recommended for use on board a boat)

You will be notified of the confirmation three (3) days before the trip.
Frequently asked questions
If you are not used to long periods on a boat, please take sea sick pills 30 minutes before boarding the yacht. If you feel sick during the trip, there is medication and a bed on board for you to rest.
Usually most or all the fish will be BBQ during the trip. If there are excess, you are definitely allowed to bring back the fish you catch. However we encourage that small fish to be released back so that they can grow and reproduce. This will create a sustainable fishing environment.
It is very important to have a positive attitude towards fishing, though there is no guarantee that you will be able to catch fish. There is one thing that is guaranteed – You will definitely gain new experience after this trip that you will always remember.
When extreme weather condition occurs, please assume that the trip is still on. It will only be cancelled upon notification from us either via SMS. There shall be no refund if the trip is delayed by wet weather. Please bring along rain coat as the trip shall continue when there is light rain.
There is no age requirement.However any person on board regardless of age is considered as one person.
We provide fishing equipment free for all our customers as a privilege. However we encourage you to use your own setup that you are familiar with so that you will enjoy the fishing experience more. As this is a privilege, there is no discount if you use your own fishing equipment.
