About this event

We are pleased to share news about an upcoming international initiative in support of dementia awareness. This historic event is part of the global Purple Angel Dementia Awareness Campaign and will be held simultaneously in over 45 countries, including the Philippines, and 35 out of 50 states of the USA.

🗓️ World Walks Against Dementia (WWAD) 2025 will take place on September 7, 2025

📍The Cebu leg of the walk is at SM Seaside City - Cube Wing Atrium.

⏰ The event will be held from 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM. On-site registration starts at 1:00PM

💟 Participants of the walk are encouraged to wear purple shirts / tops.

🎁 Donations are encouraged but not required. For every 500php donation, you will receive a Purple Angel T-shirt (until supplies last!) and will get a chance to win MAJOR prizes during the event's raffle draw!

We would be truly honored to walk alongside all of you. Your involvement will be invaluable to the success of this meaningful global movement.

Do I need to donate to join?

Registration is completely free! Donations are optional.

How do I join the raffle draw?

When you register you will automatically qualify to join the raffle draw and get a chance to win MINOR prizes. Major prizes are reserved for our donors.

How much should I donate?

We are grateful for any amount at all. However, only donors that contributed 500php and above will be eligible to receive a Purple Angel shirt and get a chance to win Major Prizes in the raffle draw.

What should I wear and bring to this event?
