Yoga Seeds Turns 4!

You are warmly invited to our 4th anniversary celebration at our humble new home (Green Room) in Bishan Park.

We are very thankful to have shared so many beautiful, joyous and peaceful yoga moments with you for the past 4 years. With your love and support, we have connected many like-minded yogis through various Yoga Seeds events, retreats and trainings, who remained besties till today.

Let’s share & reminisce our memories together over some delicious snacks and drinks, and of course, hugs and laughter. If we have touched you in one way or another, we hope to have you join us!

11.30am – 1.00pm

Munch & Bunch - Complimentary, RSVP required

Have a healthy yummilicious lunch on us at our birthday party! Bond with all of the Yoga Seeds Family over lunch and laughter, and meet new yogis. Time for some fun poga, glamorous or silly!

2pm to 3pm

Heart Flow (For all levels) - $25 per person

Home is where the heart is. Let us open our hearts and share the positive energy in our lovely home, nestled in the lush greeneries of Bishan Park. Come along with your friends and flow with our breath in this 60-min class, led by Yoga Seeds Founder, Wendy.

$25 ticket includes:

- One 60 min Heart Flow class

4pm to 5.30pm

Rhythm Flow (For intermediate or advanced levels) - $35

Connect with your inner rhythm and flow with Wendy! Enjoy yourself in this upbeat and energising class with the indulgence of beautiful greeneries around us. It is fun, rejuvenating, and will definitely put a big smile on your face!

$35 ticket includes:

- One 90 min Rhythm Flow class

- One Anniversary Edition GOODIE BAG! Items inside are meant to be a surprise!
