How much is the seminar fees?

S$125 per pax (all inclusive) for members of A-CERTS;
S$140 per pax (all inclusive) for members of Strategic and MOU;
S$150 per pax (all inclusive) for public;
$$225 per pax (all inclusive) for public inclusive of A-CERTS Membership Fees;

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

How much is the Carpark Charges?

Accepted Answer

Singapore Expo parking rate:
Daily: $1.50 for 1st hr, $1.50 for 2nd hr, $1.50 for every sub 30 mins or part thereof.

Refund Policy

Accepted Answer

100% refund for cancellation before 21 days to event
50% refund for cancellation before 15 days to event
0% refund for cancellation less than 14 days to event
A $5 transaction fee per ticket will be deducted from the total refund to cover the processing fees incurred by Eventbrite and PayPal systems

Is my registration transferrable?

Your registration can be transferred. Replacement of registered course participant is allowed but a written request via email to seminar@acerts.org.sg is to be made 10 working days before seminar commencement date.

Question 7

How do I pay for the seminar?

Accepted Answer

We accept payment by PayPal only. During the online registration process on Eventbrite, enter the participant's particulars, click on PayPal to make payment and you will be directed to PayPal website. Login to your PayPal account (optional) and confirm your payment.

Question 8

The name on the registration doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

Please kindly ensure that your details are correct.

I have given the wrong details during registration. How do I update you?
