KARUNESH PRASAD

Karunesh is the Founder and Director of Change Et Al and works with multiple clients across the globe helping them drive successful change and transformation. Karunesh is also a speaker, coach and trainer.

His experience ranges from M&A, deploying lean six sigma, creating organization operating rhythm to implementing large scale ERP systems. While helping new companies with culture transformation, Karunesh worked on an even broader agenda helping companies incorporate meritocracy, matrix organization, self help digitization, Environment Health Safety etc.

He is a certified Master Black Belt and Quality Leader on GE’s Lean and Six Sigma methodology. He is also a Lean Startup coach and trainer and continues to work with GE as Fastworks coach and trainer. He is an Indian national and lives in Singapore. Ruth is a Change Management and Learning & Development professional with global experience. As head of Learning for GE's EMEA Region, Ruth was instrumental in conceptualizing, creating and training leaders across multiple industries across the world. In her current role as the Learning Practice Leader for Change Et Al, Ruth continues to partner with many companies helping them create learning intervention.

What is your refund policy?

Under normal circumstances we do not refund the fee unless done 7 days in advance. However, you will be allowed to nominate / register someone else as a replacement, if needed.
