Research has shown that choosing a job in which you are inherently suited will make you a happier and more productive employee. People who understand their personality types and who can apply these in their careers experience more enjoyment, flow, and meaning at work.

The Workshop

In this Character Discovery and Career Exploration workshop, we will be using the Myer-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) Tool to understand our personality types better and to have a good grasp of the many ways which everyone is all different, ways which we are the same, and the many gifts we share. Extrapolate these personality types into careers, and we will go through an experience of matching suitable careers to your personality type!

Learning Outcomes

At the end of this workshop, you will understand your unique personality type and discover careers and jobs which will fit your personality. There will be discussions on ways to improve career satisfaction and how to cope with being not in a type-recommended career.

All are welcome to participate! For students and fresh graduates, it will be refreshing to understand more about your personality types and to see what kind of careers will bring out the best in you.
