Engaging customers and prospects is key in today's competitive world. In a data-rich environment where clients have little time to read details and providers seem to offer similar products and services, Chatbot is key to responding to clients' queries, helping businesses differentiate their offerings and stand out from others, and motivate customers to engage.

This 1-day workshop (Skills Future Credit Approved) is about facilitating individuals’ growth in the area of Chatbots. Individuals will be able to create purpose-specific Chatbots in varied situations. Through bite-sized practical sessions, participants will be guided on the steps to construct Chatbots that are context specific and ready for use post-learning.

(1) What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event? - Nearest MRT station is Paya Lebar MRT station. Parking lots are available at the institute.

(2) What can I bring into the event? - Please bring laptop (with cable and mouse). You may wish to bring along a jacket in case the training room gets too cold. Lunch is excluded.

(5) What is the refund policy? - Registrants who are unable to attend the workshop on the selected date(s) may opt to attend any other scheduled date(s) by emailing to info@learnzone.co indicating full name (per NRIC). Once the registration is confirmed, there will be no refund.

(6) Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? - Please bring your NRIC, driving licence or passport to enable the organiser to verify your particulars.

(7) Can I update my registration information? - If there are any changes, registrant may email to info@learnzone.co and provide the updates.

(8) Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable? - If participant is using his or her Skills Future Credit to pay for the workshop, the confirmed slot is not transferable. Claim Skills Future Credit on www.myskillsfuture.sg (Singaporeans who are 25 years old and above are eligible to utilise the Skills Future Credit to pay for the course)
