Monkey Mind to Mindful Me

An engaging workshop that helps children calm their busy minds through movement, breath, and play.

Using kid-friendly mindfulness techniques and creative games, we teach focus, emotional regulation, and self-awareness—building lifelong tools for inner calm, resilience, and joy in everyday life.

This workshop is designed for children aged 6 to 12 years old. Our mental health professionals will facilitate this engaging workshop, ensuring a fun and educational experience for all participants.
