Our featured panelists:
Tahirah Mohamed is a stay-at-home mother to nine children of which seven have special needs. Her children inspired her to become an articulate parent advocate for special needs and mental health for more than ten years. Two of her children have ADHD.
Wong Yi Hui is a stay-at-home mom with a background in special education/early childhood education. She attributes her ability to navigate the challenges of parenting a child with ADHD to her sense of humour.
Kalsum Harun is Editor of homeschoolsingapore.sg. She homeschools her three children wherever her husband’s work takes them. Given that one of her children has ADHD, she is passionate about learning and advocating for special education needs.
Michelle Ho is an Allied Educator in a mainstream primary school providing support to students with learning and behavioral needs. Besides working directly with the students, she also collaborate with teachers, parents and peers to implement strategies that are best suited to the students’ needs.
This event is moderated by Moonlake Lee, Founder of Unlocking ADHD. She is a mom of two daughters in their late teens, one of whom has ADHD. A community builder by nature, Moonlake enjoys long dinners and discussions with her family.
