Description
Come and celebrate Teachers' Day holiday with circuit stickers!
Circuit stickers are peel-and-stick electronics for crafting electronic circuits. You can use them to add electronics to any paper, fabric and plastic surface. We are inviting interested persons to tinker and experiment with the Chibitronics circuit stickers. Each participant will be given a Starter kit and other craft materials to hack their own books or build cool stuff with circuit stickers. Join us for an afternoon of fun hacking!
We invite kids age 6 & up to join us to doodle & craft with electronics! Come tinker and experiment with the Chibitronics circuit stickers. Each participant will get to:
- learn to doodle their own cartoon creatures
- learn basic circuit designs (series & parallel) and simple switches
- build their own paper diorama
- make 3D interactive artwork with circuits
- take home a Chibitronics Starter Kit (worth $35)
Registration fee: $50. Limited seat only.
Format: Drop-in activity
Estimated time for activity: 1.5-2 hours
*Those already with Starter kits can sign-up to obtain the add-on packs: either the Effects or the Sensors/AtTiny85 kit.
Additional Chibitronics kits and supplies such as copper tapes and CR2032 coin cells are also available for sale. Cash and carry only.
