  • Group 1: 8 reps @4:45 min w 2 min rest
  • Group 2: 7 reps @5:15 min w 2 min rest
  • Group 3: 7 reps @5:45 min w 2 min rest
  • Group 4: 6 reps @6:15 min w 2 min rest
  • Group 5: 5 reps @6:45 min w 3 min rest
