Training Objective: 2km Warm-up + Hill Repeats (Dash upslope + Recover Jog downslope)

Group 1: 8 reps @4:45 min upslope
Group 2: 7 reps @5:15 min upslope
Group 3: 7 reps @5:45 min upslope
Group 4: 6 reps @6:15 min upslope
Group 5: 5 reps @6:45 min upslope
