In this unique healing tea-blending workshop, you will slow down and gain useful knowledge about protecting your health with teas. You will be introduced to 8 unique herbs, flowers, fruits and spices that help support and strengthen certain bodily conditions caused by stress and anxiety. At the end of the session, you’ll be able to concoct your own unique tea blend while learning useful information on how to heal certain bodily conditions with these ingredients.
