Cleanse Reset is a guided evening exploring smoke and water cleansing practices for self, space, and objects.

Most people do not realise how much they are carrying.

Constant input. Conversations. Noise. Stress. Movement.

Over time, spaces can feel heavier. Objects can feel stagnant. The mind and body can begin to feel unsettled in ways that are difficult to fully explain.

This session offers a quieter space to pause, clear, and reset through guided cleansing practices and hands-on participation.

What to Expect

During the evening, we will explore:

— Guided smoke & water cleansing practices
— Cleansing approaches for self, space, and objects with Exoterica's cleanse formulations
— Practical ways to begin using cleanse tools at home
— Personal item cleansing
— Quiet reflection and conversation

Participants are welcome to bring up to three personal items for object cleansing during the session.

No prior experience is needed.

Previous participants have described leaving the session feeling calmer, clearer, or simply more settled afterward. Some even found themselves unexpectedly falling asleep during the session.

Some people come alone.
Some return with someone they feel may benefit too.
