Clementi Forest Adventure

Guided by experienced adventurers from NTU ODAC, embark on an adventure into a luxuriant and undeveloped part of Singapore – Clementi Forest. Climb across fallen trees and trudge over muddy streams to discover many hidden gems, such as:

🌳 Abandoned railway tracks that were built during the late 1960s

🌳 Secret KTM railway tunnel

🌳 85 hectares of untouched flora and fauna

STARTING & ENDING POINT: Clementi MRT Station

DISTANCE: Approximately 3.5km



FEES: Member: $6 | Non-member: $12

REGISTER BY: 16 February 2023 (Thu)

Recommended dress code: T-shirt, Long pants, Hiking boots / Old sport shoes with good grip

Things to bring: Comfortable backpack, Personal medication (if any), Space set of clothing, Slippers | Optional: Insect Repellent, Cap / Umbrella, Light snacks, Sunscreen, Hiking stick

NTU OUTDOOR ADVENTURE CLUB

Founded in 1991, NTU ODAC is a large bonded family of adventure lovers who loves the outdoors and the adrenaline rush! A group of crazy and wild adventurers ready to take on any task, they seek the thrill and excitement that life has to offer. The world is our playground!

Other things to note:

🔻Uneven, slippery and muddy terrains expected (thigh deep at some point).

🔻In the event of inclement weather, the adventure will be cancelled / postponed.

🔻Insurance coverage is not provided. Participants are responsible to ensure that their current medical condition allows them to participate in this adventure without endangering themselves.

🔻Cost of the after-adventure activity is not borne by NTU Alumni Club.

🔻Be green & do not litter during the adventure. Take care of our environment.

🔻If you see a wild animal, keep your distance and do not provoke it.
