The Climate Fresk Be excited to experience this 3-hour engaging, collaborative and gamified workshop. The workshop is designed to raise awareness on climate change.

3 phases, 1 learning journey

HEAD - you will learn and understand the climate change by linking the cards

HEART - you will take time to reflect on key takeaways

HANDS - deep dive in your climate action and brainstorm with others

🌳 Few reminders !

To ensure everyone has a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable time at the park , please take note of the following guidelines on what to prepare, wear, and expect.

👕 What to Wear

  • Light, breathable clothing: Opt for comfortable activewear, cotton shirts, or dri-fit materials since it can get hot and humid.
  • Comfortable walking shoes: The park is huge and involves a lot of walking on paved roads, dirt trails, and steps. Rubber shoes or sturdy sandals are highly recommended.
  • Sun protection: Wear a cap or a wide-brimmed hat to protect yourself from the sun.

🎒 What to Bring

  • PLEASE BRING Reusable Water Bottle: Staying hydrated is very important!

SPECIAL NOTE Executive Order No. 3, Series of 2025 (The Ban in City Facilities)

As of April 2025, Quezon City strictly prohibits the use and entry of single-use PET (polyethylene terephthalate) bottles, along with other disposables like plastic/paper cups, styrofoam, and plastic cutlery, inside the Quezon City Hall compound and all other city-owned or government-run facilities.

  • Insect Repellent: Since the ecopark is heavily forested, mosquito repellent lotion or spray is a must.
  • Sunscreen: Apply sunblock before the trip and bring it along to reapply throughout the day.
  • Umbrella: To protect against the midday sun or sudden rain showers.
  • Extra Clothes & Small Towel: Bring a change of top or a face towel, as exploring the park will likely make you sweat.
  • Sufficient Cash: While some places accept digital payments, it’s best to bring smaller bills and coins for the entrance fee, paid activities (like biking, archery, airsoft, target shooting, team building activities and a pickleball court), and small purchases.
  • Personal Medications: Don't forget any personal meds, especially if you have allergies or asthma.

🍔 Food and Dining

  • Food stalls are available inside! You don't need to worry about bringing heavy meals if you don't want to. There are food kiosks around the park where you can buy snacks, cold drinks, and local street food.
  • Picnic option: If you prefer, you are still welcome to bring your own packed lunch and snacks to enjoy at the park's designated picnic areas.

🚗 La Mesa Ecopark Parking Guidelines

  • Location: Parking space is quite limited since the park is also open during that time. We strongly recommend car pooling.
  • Fees: Parking your vehicle is generally free for visitors! However, you must pay the park admission upon entry (₱20 for non-QC residents; FREE for QC residents with a valid ID showing a QC address).

🌿 General Park Rules

  • Leave No Trace: Please dispose of your trash properly. There are garbage bins located all over the park. Let's help keep the environment clean!
  • Respect the Wildlife: Do not pick the plants, flowers, or disturb the animals you might see inside the park.
