COA Service Pre-registration

⚠️ ALERT:

In view of the rising clusters and local community cases, we encourage members who have received  HEALTH RISK WARNINGS (HRW) or HEALTH RISK ALERTS (HRA) from the Ministry of Health to stay home.   You should also exercise discretion if any of your family members living with you received such an alert.  Stay safe!

Adjustments to English Sunday Services:

To comply with government regulations, worshippers will have to be fully vaccinated to attend church services. This means that they must have received:

1. Two doses of mRNA vaccines at least two weeks prior to the service OR

2. Three doses of Sinovac or Sinopharm vaccine - unless they have taken their second dose less than four months prior to the service.

By law, PET is no longer accepted as an alternative to vaccination.

Please note:

(1) Parents may register their children (12 years and below) to attend the services with them, subject to a max capacity of 20% of the service attendees.

(2) Register via the link (http://tiny.cc/COAregister) by Saturday evening and complete the vaccination declaration exercise if you have not done so (https://tinyurl.com/coavaccinedeclaration). You will receive a confirmation message from Church Office with further instructions. Upon arrival, you will be required to check in using your TraceTogether Token or App.

Service Guidelines

1. We have implemented new measures and have reconfigured our Sanctuary to ONE Zone.

2. All attendees to check-in and exit using Zone A (COA Drop off point )

Check-in Time:

• For 8am service, counter opens at 7.30am and closes at 7.50am
• For 1030am service, counter opens at10:00am and closes at 10:20am

Thereafter please contact the church office for assistance.

Please come early so that enough time can be set aside for checking in and for your own preparation before service begins.

It is mandatory to use TraceTogether App for check-in; if not, please bring along your token.

SAFETY MEASURES

🔹Sanitize your hands before entering the Sanctuary.

🔹Keep your mask on at all times.

🔹Do not mingle with one another before, during, and after service.

🔹 Sit only at the assigned pews.

🔹Congregants are not permitted to sing even with their masks on.
