With a Personality Type Interpretive report based on MBTI® Assessment results, you will be illuminated on the advantages of Type Diversity in decision making, problem solving and communication, as well as MBTI® as a common, non-threatening language for your team.

Methodology

Application of Learning through Experiential Methods:

  • Online completion of MBTI® Type Assessment within a specified timeframe before the workshop.

  • Group discussions & MBTI® splitting exercises

  • Practical role plays/case scenarios

  • Post workshop activity – Develop a Personal Action Plan
