Background

Ashley Alexander founded the Alexander Associates in Malaysia in 2019 to deliver

high-impact leadership development training for everyone with the responsibility

British - Certificated Leadership Qualification

Introduction

The aim of leadership coaching is to unlock the full potential of staff and

maximise performance across the organisation. This course is ideal for anyone

who leads a team or for anyone who wants to gain an international leadership

qualification in coaching to then work as a freelance coach.

‘Coaching Skills for Leaders Advanced Certificate’ gives the essential skills needed

to transform your managers into competent, confident coaching leaders. During

the programme, participants will learn the eight essential coaching skills and the

LEDA 5-Step Coaching Model to efficient coaching conversations with theorystaff.

The LEDA Coaching System has been developed to give a complete learning

experience and is fully supported by the interactive LEDA Coaching App.

● Phase 1 ‘Discover’: The journey begins with two days of interactive skills

workshops.

● Phase 2 ‘Develop’: This leads straight into 4 weeks of work-based coaching

practice. The whole practice phase is supported by our expert coaching

tutors and our highly engaging and interactive LEDA Coaching App.

Here we give participants the self-paced learning tools and interactive daily

contact with tutors to make learning enjoyable and rewarding.

● Phase 3 ‘Demonstrate’: The final workshop day focuses on a skills

showcase where participants demonstrate their ability to coach within a

live skills challenge. This provides an excellent focal point for the course and

also maintains learner momentum during the 4-week practice phase of

the programme.

Delivery Mode: Face-to-Face in Kuala Lumpur & App-Based Blended Learning

Duration: 4 weeks

Certification: Upon completion, successful learners will be awarded certification

from LEDA Coaching Systems UK from the British Association for Coaching.

This programme is designed for leaders at all levels and is also ideal for freelance

professionals who want to become leadership coaches. Participants will benefit

by gaining the leadership skills to achieve and exceed their management KPIs or

to coach others to achieve their KPIs. Please note that we are able to deliver the

programme to Senior Leaders first within your organisation and then move on

and roll-out the training to mid-level and junior managers, as required.

This is also a powerful programme for staff who are being prepared to enter

leadership roles for the first time, equipping them with the skills to communicate

When will participants be ready to coach in the workplace?

The focus is on practical skills that can be used immediately to lead staff to new

Participants begin using their newly acquired coaching skills at work directly after

completing the first two days of workshop training.

We set creative practice drills through daily coaching challenges delivered

through the LEDA Coaching App.

Participants then practice their coaching skills during their working day and

share their experiences with each other through the secure social media

platform, Buzz, with the app. In this way we create a community of engaged

learners who are actively developing their leadership skills through daily practice

in a supportive and rewarding learning environment.

Certificated by the British Association for

Coaching.

Ashley has over 20 years of leadership

experience in professional Learning Design.

He has worked internationally as a

consultant throughout Europe, China,

South-East Asia and the Middle East, where he was recognised with the MENA Award

for Transformational Leadership in Dubai in 2016.

He works with enormous energy, coaching leaders to unlock their full potential and
