Looking for a meaningful June holiday activity that combines education and hands-on experience?
Join us for Code, Build & Sushi!, a collaborative workshop between Empire Code and Sakae Sushi, offering a full-day programme that blends digital skills with culinary arts.
Children will participate in:
- A coding session using Minecraft Education and Microsoft MakeCode
- Create your very own sushi-themed designs and build your personal virtual Sakae Sushi restaurant in Minecraft
- A sushi-making workshop guided by professional chefs
- A lunch session where they enjoy their handmade sushi
- A certificate and gift presentation at the end of the programme
- No prior coding experience is required.
Programme Schedule
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Sushi-Making Workshop (guided by Sakae Sushi chefs)
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch (participants enjoy the sushi they made)
1:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Coding Workshop (Minecraft Education and Build Challenge)
4:00 PM – 4:30 PM: Certificate and Gift Presentation
4:30 PM: Pick-up / Programme Ends
