Prevention is better than cure, take a cognitive assessment, experience art and mindfulness to prevent cognition decline.

By engaging in mindfulness and art, many have uplifted themselves — overcoming anxiety, depression by moving beyond isolation, self-doubt, anger at life — into a space of connection, resilience, and self-discovery. New friendships have bloomed and loneliness has faded away!

Research has shown that mindfulness 😇 and art can help to prevent the onset or progression of dementia.

Art 👩‍🎨 is a mindful activity as you have to be focused on each stroke or action as you create a piece of artwork.

We will be offering FREE workshops and demo of art 🖌 👩‍🎨, mindfulness 🫶 workshops and cognitive 🧠 assessments throughout the day during the entire event.

For cognitive assessments, please email info@brahmcentre.com to book an appointment, the session takes about half an hour. Come and learn how to live with less stress and more calm 😇

GUEST-OF-HONOUR: Mr David Neo, Acting Minister for Culture Community & Youth. (Member Parliament of Tampines GRC)
