This 2-hour workshop is a guided journey into emotional regulation, inspired by the R.A.I.N. Method (Recognize, Allow, Investigate, Nurture) taught by psychologist and meditation teacher Tara Brach.
Through breathwork, mindful awareness, and reflective journaling, you’ll learn how to navigate intense emotions without being swept away by them — transforming reactivity into presence, compassion, and choice. This is an intimate, interactive space where you’ll be supported, seen, and gently guided back into your own grounded center.
